In July 2024, we successfully organized the full-scale participation of VK LLC at an international trade fair in Shanghai. The “Turnkey Participation of VK at the Trade Fair” project included a comprehensive range of organizational services, ensuring a flawless brand presentation at the event.

3. Organization of additional services:
   • Catering: Professional catering services were arranged for guests and staff, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
   • Staff selection:
     • Experienced hostesses were selected to showcase the products in the best possible way.
     • Professional photographers and videographers were hired to create high-quality visual materials.
     • Translator support was organized to ensure smooth communication with international visitors and media representatives.
4. Supervision and coordination:
   The entire project execution was under constant supervision and coordination, enabling quick responses to changes and resolving emerging challenges. As a result, all stages were completed flawlessly and in line with the highest quality standards.
